The RTC Korea organizers asked me to present remotely on AI in RTC. In this talk I gave an overview of our findings from the AI in RTC report. I talked about:

• speech analytics - with some examples about transcription accuracy vs. actionable analytics
• voicebots - there are many use cases, but this tech will be the most impactful on IVRs
• computer vision - some real uses cases of how to do this using webrtcHacks examples
• RTC optimization - I used the Mozilla RNNoise project as an example
